Real estate with aloha.
Two brokers from Hawaii, a decade in the Seattle market, and one way of doing business: treat every client like family and every move like it matters.
Two friends from Hawaii who found their way to Seattle.
Kino and Erin are both from Hawaii, but they met here in Seattle, and more than a decade later they are still the best of friends. That friendship is the foundation of Ohana Brokers, along with the one core value they share: service. They lead with service instead of chasing the transaction.
Between them they have 16 years in the real estate market. They are education-based agents, so you will always be well informed and know every option before you decide. They treat their clients like ohana, and they have a lot of fun along the way.
Kino Belden
Team owner and broker

kino@ohanabrokers.com
Before real estate, Kino spent ten years in hotels, working his way from the front desk to assistant general manager at Hilton, Four Seasons and Hotel Andra. That is where he learned the only standard he still works to: take care of people, and the rest follows.
He has spent the last decade as a top-producing broker in the King County market, and the team he leads has been named a best real estate team in the Pacific Northwest by The Seattle Times two years running. Kino handles the listing side and the negotiating, and clients tend to say the same thing: he tells you the truth, he picks up the phone, and he fights for the number.
Erin Tomosada
Buyer’s agent

erin@ohanabrokers.com
Erin is the buyer’s agent on our team, and she helps people find the home that fits their life. Raised in Hawaii by parents in hospitality, she only knows one way to serve: five star. Erin builds real relationships with her clients and keeps them long after closing day.
Away from open houses, you will find her in West Seattle with her partner, Colin, at a hot pilates class, with a book and a good coffee, or on the couch for football season, usually with Springsteen playing.
In their words
“We called Kino and Erin when we had to urgently move out of state. The sale would have to be completed while we packed and lived on the other side of the country. Kino wrangled and negotiated with multiple contractors to get the house ready, Erin handled the staging and photography, and they kept us up to speed the whole way. I can’t believe I’m saying this: it was relaxing to sell the house with them.”
Isaac S., seller, relocated out of state“My wife and I were first-time buyers, and to say we were intimidated would be an understatement. After our first meeting with Kino and Erin we could breathe. They understood the Seattle market and were master negotiators, and they got us the best deal possible on our forever home. It doesn’t stop at closing, either. Kino has stayed involved and helped us coordinate a kitchen renovation.”
Brendan W., first-time buyer, Seattle
“Kino was a master negotiator and got me a price I never thought I’d see in West Seattle. He even got the seller to buy down my interest rate for two years and cover my closing costs.”
C.S., first-time buyer, West Seattle
“We bought our house with Kino, who took careful note of what we were really looking for and guided us toward the upgrades that improved our quality of life and maximized our investment when we went to sell. The addition of Erin to our selling team was stellar. They’re winners with real heart.”
Erica O., bought and sold with Ohana
“Erin was lovely to tour with, gave great tips, and knew what we should be looking for in a home. Kino’s experience and advice won us our home with very favorable terms. The team worked with our lender so we weren’t caught in the middle.”
Nicole M., buyer
What is your home actually worth?
Zillow guesses. We look. Tell us about your home and we will put together a real number based on what is selling around you, what buyers are paying for right now, and what we would do to get you the most for it. No cost, no pressure, no auto-dialer.
You do not have to be selling to want the number. Knowing what your home is worth helps with a refinance, a line of credit, a remodel you are weighing, or just planning for what is next.
- A real numberBased on comparable sales we have actually walked through, not an algorithm.
- Honest prep adviceWhat to fix before listing, and what to leave alone. Over-improving for the street is a real way to lose money.
- TimingWhen to list for your situation, not the market’s.
- Two business daysThat is how long it takes us to get back to you.
How we value a home
We run a comparative market analysis: the handful of homes most like yours that sold recently and nearby, adjusted for the differences, then read against what buyers are doing this month. It is the same method an appraiser uses, with one difference. We know which of those homes had the view and which had the freeway noise.
When an appraisal is the right call
A lender orders an appraisal for a purchase or refinance, and it is the number they will lend against. Our valuation is the number to plan around before you get there. If you are refinancing or opening a line of credit, we are happy to tell you what to expect from the appraiser, and whether it is worth doing a few things first.
A few we are proud of.
From a first townhome in West Seattle to an estate in Graham, and most of Western Washington in between. Different budgets, same service.

Not on the list? Ask us anyway. We go where our clients go.
Wherever you are going, we already know someone there.
A decade in this business leaves you with a phone full of people you trust. Some of them are brokers in the markets we send clients to: Honolulu and Maui, Portland, Boise, Phoenix, Austin, Brooklyn, and most places in between. Some are closer to home. The lender who picks up on a Sunday. The inspector who crawls the whole crawlspace. The contractor who shows up when he said he would. The attorney who reads the fine print so you do not have to.
We did not collect these people. We earned them, one deal at a time, by sending them clients who deserved to be treated well and by quietly dropping the ones who did not hold up their end. Partnership, to us, means the same thing ohana does. You vouch for each other.
So if you are moving across the lake or across the country, buying your first place or your fourth, fixing a roof or refinancing one, start with us. Whatever you need and wherever you need it, we are your one stop for all things home.

Opsy, our post-closing team
Most agents disappear after closing. We hand you a keeper.
The day you get the keys is the day most of the real work starts. The furnace filter, the gutters, the warranty you cannot find, the roofer you meant to call. Nobody tells you how much of homeownership is just remembering.
That is why Kino built Opsy. He had watched a decade of clients walk out of closing with a folder of paperwork and no plan, and he knew from his years running hotels that the fix is a person, not an app. Opsy is the keeper of homes: one person who knows your home, keeps its records, reminds you when something is due, and answers when you text.
Every Ohana client gets a year of Opsy at closing, on us. After that it is yours to keep. Our relationship does not end at the signing table. It starts there.
- Your home’s recordWarranties, receipts, reports, manuals and photos, tied to the house instead of lost in a drawer.
- Reminders that mean itWhat was done, what is due, and what to handle before a small problem becomes an expensive one.
- Just textA leak, a noise from the furnace, a question about the HOA. A real person on the Opsy team answers.
- Your people, connectedYour agent, your contractors and the trusted pros from our partner network, all attached to the home they already know.
Disclosure: Kino Belden, team owner of Ohana Brokers, is the founder of HomeOps Inc., which operates Opsy. You are never required to use Opsy as a condition of working with us.

We are a small team on purpose.
We would rather help a few agents build great careers than collect names on a roster. If you lead with service, like to learn, and want real mentorship from brokers who still work with clients every day, let us talk.
You get the two of us in your corner, the systems we have built over a decade, and a brokerage behind us that pays agents like owners. More on that below.
- MentorshipIn the field, on real deals. Not a monthly meeting.
- SupportShared marketing, listing prep, open houses and transaction help.
- CultureOhana, not competition. We celebrate each other’s closings.
- Room to growBuyer’s agent today, listing agent next year, your own team after that.

- Own a pieceStock awards when you cap, and an optional plan to put up to 10% of your commission into Real shares with a bonus on top.
- Revenue shareEarn when agents you bring to Real produce, five tiers deep. It can offset your cap and smooth the slow months.
- Work from anywhereFully cloud-based. Training at noon, a showing at one, the soccer game at three.
The tools
Everything runs inside one app. reZEN handles contracts, compliance, fees and requests. Real Connect is a nationwide referral and support network, which is how we hand clients to a trusted agent when they move out of state. Real Academy runs live and on-demand classes on everything from luxury to new construction, and Workvivo is where agents across the country share what is working.
What stays the same
The brokerage behind us changed. The way we work did not. You still get Kino and Erin, our phone numbers, and the same hands-on service that earned those Seattle Times awards. Real just makes it easier to keep doing it.
Compensation and stock details are current as of 2026 and can change. Ask us for the specifics.
